Discord Ban - Testament

I'm appealing my ban from discord due to this quote from a separate discord:

Killing_You is biased against me due to some "colourful" and distasteful things I have said to him in the past which I had previously apologized for. In my opinion, it was a personal attack rather than sensible moderation. This screenshot from an acquaintance of mine on the server showcases this in full form. I am under the impression no one has appealed a ban from W3DHub Discord and succeeded which seems rather unjust. If I was moderating, I would have muted me again for however long. But the fact of the matter was I was banned while asleep with no reason given, no final warning, and from the accusations of one person (who was baiting me hard a few days prior) who doesn't even play or really care about the games. All of you know I can be reasonable from our time working together. What has been said by others is not my quarrel, idiots have seemed to rock the boat when I've divulged to them what occurred. I apologize for that too. It could have been reasonably discussed with me what the expectations were after an honest attempt to curb what was considered rule breaking.

Frankly, it feels like a targeted action to disclude people like me from the community. Something I have been so adamantly against since I showed up here 4 years ago after nearly a decade as a solid member of the renegade family.

For past couple of days Atari becomes even more annoying than he usually is - however at this points its straight teamhamerping. Various examples (that can be confirmed by other players):
- Pushing other players vehicles (which sometimes makes mine laying a bit more problematic than it usually is)
- Straight up doing nothing or just casually jumping around, even when right in front of attackers assaulting the base
- (already known for everyone) Continious shittalk whenever he dies
- In big TL;DR acting like an asshole.

Yesterday the only thing he was doing for longer period of time was running after me and shooting me in the head, while i tried defending the base. I'd be fine with that, if he wasnt in my team. Sadly he was. Every time i died he teabagged my corpse. His presence usually ends up wasting a good player spot, because anyone else would be more useful than him - and that results in the games lost because of lack of playing players.

If possible i will try to record his behavior and check the IRC/in game logs
I am rather tiltproof, but i cant stand idiocy.

So I joined the APB server at around 11:25 PM GMT and then got banned like 10 minutes later because Pushwall thought I was mackintoke. As the thread title implies, I'm not mackintoke. I'm not exactly sure why he thought that as there was no reasoning given, but I did respond to a comment directed at mackintoke (who was apparently also there?) with a question because it was near the end of a game in which my team was getting stomped, so maybe that led him to believe I was mackintoke. Could the ban be lifted please?

Some guy today has been impersonating other players. Currently hes playing under Irwe's nickname - i know its not him since i managed to talk to real Irwe on Discord and found out that its not him in game.

Is it possible to find out who is that guy? As seen on logs, its possible he tried to play using both Mine and Totd's nicknames.

I usually don't care when people use profanity, be offensive and whatnot, I occasionally do it myself, and I know Mackintoke does it a lot however I feel that Mackintoke took it too far yesterday when talking about MPRA2.

Sure, MPRA2 was venting due to his game experience, which can be annoying, and I've done it myself too (sorry!), but I don't believe that he should be killed in real life because of this. I don't care for Mackintoke's reasons, if he was joking or not, this should be totally unacceptable.

I just wanted to put this out there, for multiple reasons. And also because I don't think this is the sort of environment we should be greeting potential new players with.

It has nothing to do with you refilling, Mack. I don't recall giving up or changing the subject, but you can believe whatever you want to believe. I honestly forgot all about that. It's about the fact that you're always being inappropriate in the chat. I'm not going to read your whole post because I don't care, at the end of the day you still said what you said. And the fact that the first two replies, two mods and one being a lead developer, agree with this says a lot.

And Voe, it's not about being "triggered" so get over yourself.
