If you want a really good free RTS is suggest 0 AD , which is like a free version of age of empire with much better graphics , many modern features , mods , however it's still in alpha. http://play0ad.com Pictures Zero-K And Zero-k if you interested in a fast paced supreme commander type game. http://zero-k.info/ Video There are other awesome free games I know of but the internet is shit right now so I'll post about them latter . Einstein Posted August 5, 2015 Report Share Posted August 5, 2015 For anything thats older like TibSun, RA1 etc - I recommend using a XP virtual machine (free from M$) if you have a computer that can handle it. Otherwise a second install or second PC with XP on it. I know, i know, its 15 years old but I never said use it for internet browsing - thats the only part that will get you in trouble. They open-sourced the source code a while back so there is still ongoing community development and improvement, although I prefer to play the last official patch from Pumpkin Studios. Not played it in years now, please don't tempt me back into it, I would spend hours and hours tech-ing up from machine gun turrets all the way to nexus link turrets and orbital laser strike centers :/ 1 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I haven't checked out those links, but I believe thats the slim online version for cncnet, with a patch for windows 8 and 10. But download it and try it out anyway!
