Of course for RA2, there's Mental Omega.

Here's Indie C&C games that are heavily modified versions of Tiberian Sun (like APB, TSR, AR, WoA, and TCW are for Renegade) that don't need Tiberian Sun. Those are Twisted Insurrection (an alternate Tiberium Universe that takes place after the Nod campaign in Tiberian Dawn) and Dawn of the Tiberium Age (Tiberian Sun with TD and RA1 graphics with the factions of both games) to name a couple.

Maybe by next year Tiberian Odyssey (a tiberian sun mod) will be released.

You do realize that the infantry .gif in your avatar was used in Mental Omega, right?

yes

Is it possible to have more than one mod for Zero Hour installed at a time?

probally yes

A new version of the Generals: Zero Hour-Mod "Tiberian Dawn Redux" is in development.

Tiberian Sun Retro is an awesome mod for Tiberian Sun. It adds many new units, some new buildings, sound effects and even some stuff which was cut from the game during development. There are even some compatibility fixes with which you can play the single player campaigns while using this mod. :)

I have both Rise of the Reds and C&C Shockwave install on my computer at the exact same time and they work fine without crashing or fighting each other.

That's only because their devs were smart enough to enable them through launchers and whatnot. Usually, this is not the case and most will clash with each other.

I also recall a couple of mods as well. Though no guarantees about them. For Zero Hour, there's C&C All Stars that has the generals universe, the RA, universe and tiberium universe fighting with each other. There was another mod, though I can't remember the name of it, was that it had both major factions from RA2 and TS in one mod with everything fully integrated. Such as GDI/Nod infantry can garrison buildings, Nod tick tanks and arty can deploy, Chrono and War miners could gather tiberium. That sort of thing. Just wish I could remember the name of it....I think it was C&C Reloaded.

Shame...that was one of my favorite mods too...though after installing it....I have to call some major bullshit that I saw...the AI built several CyComs and Chitzkois....and were treating it as it if was any other soldier...

Damn, doesn't look like Cold War Crisis is compatible with Tiberian Dawn Redux. Ughh...do not want to uninstall...

any mods for Command and conquer 3 KW?? or maps??

Renegade Wars - http://www.moddb.com/mods/renegade-wars-kw

MOBA-style custom map with C&C heroes. Actually fun.

1.04 Big Bang patch - http://www.moddb.com/mods/kanes-wrath-unofficial-patch-104

More of a mod than a patch (duh), but has some pretty good ideas and assets.

One Vision - http://www.moddb.com/mods/cnc3-kw-one-vision

More stuff, more stuff, more stuff!

Wall mod - http://www.moddb.com/mods/wall-mod

;)

Also worth checking are the 1.02+ and 1.03 unofficial patches. http://www.gamereplays.org/community/index.php?showforum=4015

Competitive KW multiplayer players use the 1.02+ mappacks (not the patch itself, but the maps are coded to have all the patch's changes).
