ok, so this issue is fixed now for anyone else that dealt with this: just go into %appdata% and delete renegade and westwood if thats there and c:/westwood as well as the stuff in program file (x86) thanks everyone that tried to help

i just realized i forgot to delete the appdata for it so ill try that and report back

so there isnt a launcher file, hmmm?

each time i try to run renegade, or w3d hub on renegade, it says "unable to find vfc core interface". i have reinstalled the game, w3d hub, and tiberian technologies. if anyone can help that would be wonderful. Thanks
