Launcher crashes and never loads

running Microsoft Windows [Version 10.0.18362.959]
.net 4.8

Launcher never launches
no matter what i select here Error reporting screen.  the app Crashes.  I also do not see a log folder in My documents either.  Uninstall and re install many times,  Runngn as admin .  Running in compatibility mode.  Nothing works

I'll look into it when I'm back from holiday next week

OMG it worked!!!! I tried it and the launcher finally reached and loaded up. Gonna test if it goes in game now.

This was THE ISSUE!.. created the folder and now it works!
