Scripts.dll Crashing the Game on Bootup

Even after an Update recently, the issue still remains.

I'd like to be able to play this, can anybody assist please.

My best guess from the dumps is that the game fails to open the following path: "C:\Users\ZOOL\Documents\W3D Hub\games\apb-release\commands.txt"

Make sure the path exists, your user account has write permissions and your antivirus doesn't block the game for some weird reason (seems to be AVAST?).
