honestly not a fan of the bloom effect on everything. the old reborn had this dark and ominous atmosphere to it but now the whole game just looks so picturesque when everything glows. would appreciate if it was toned down or to have an option to turn it off

So recently there's been A LOT of news about Disney being sued for "copying ideas for Zootopia"

Now this isn't the first time Disney is being accused of stealing, but all this talk right now about taking ideas from a pitch reminds me of Louis Castle talking about how Battlefield came about:

Just some trivia about the idea for Battlefield. Except Westwood has been shut down so there's no way in hell there's any chance of them trying to sue DICE.

 

But if Westwood was still around, would they even get so worked up about the possibility of their pitch ideas getting copied?

I don't want to start an argument, but I really wanted to let people know that there is a possibility that one of the biggest FPS franchises was actually created by 'stealing' an idea from Westwood, but yet DICE isn't getting sued for "copying the creators of C&C"

So why is a writer getting so worked up about a friggin furry film (I know it's "so much more than that") that just has some similarities to his work?

Been digging for some old obscure browser games the past few days, to try to relive my childhood.

But I was frantically trying to find this one because I recalled the player aircraft resembled an orca, and I forgot the name.

Well here it is. Glad I could bring this search to a close.

and also the long-awaited release of Apoc Rising

 

On a side note I agree it'd be really nice to have more people playing these W3D games. It's only fun when you get to play with other people, especially in huge battles. Used to see a lot of players back in the days of APB Beta, those were great times.

 The amount of effort put in to make these mods is remarkable, and I think they deserve more attention.
