I think mojo is scum of some variety. I don't think he's an unlucky conscript because he should realize that there is no benefit in a miss/kill result for a target that's about to be lynched. Can't be rhino, probably not a soviet building (TP building?), would have counter claimed KY. It's a really good result if he's engineer but a miss/kill would have made him a target for scum. I'm kind of paranoid about the potential for an inverse conversion ability. Like a psychic tower role that converts players who visit it.

Generic town doesn't usually jump around on cases based on how popular they are. Maybe it's just Coolrock living his best life, but if this wasn't his first game here we'd tunnel on that a bit more.

I think Coolrock has been lynch happy outside normal parameters.
