Yes makes sense, the whole "ramp" theory was due to the tilting / flipping from the physics strangeness.

I've figured out what's going on, there's a movement blocker at the end of the ledge in a small spot (I'm guessing due to the corner being too steep) that infantry can't run through and vehicles can get stuck on.

The issue in Under is at the back of the Soviet base near the vehicle blocked back path there seems to be a terrain collision plane that goes slightly over the ground and creates a small ramp that vehicles can get stuck or flipped on.

The steps were vague since it was in the middle of a game to test with bots and I wasn't sure what had happened while bots don't wait for idle players. I was wondering if it could have been caused by the bots but the movement blocker seems more likely.

I just happened to run into these on both so it might be lurking in still more map corners.
