Recorded commentary from my head, as I discussed the possibility of lynching Orange even though he had a town cop result

Oh, I forgot to take a picture of this, but I've been playing Il-2 Sturmovik sending Seafires against P-47s (with the Japanese icon on it so I can call it Orange) to train them for this mission, should it be required.

Oh come on, couldn't you guys give me more to work with than that? Here's the deal. Despite my gut feeling and my case work generally leaning in the direction that OrangeP47 is scum, I can't justify voting against a town cop result even if I think it's possible that the result could be inaccurate. I'd rather lose being fooled about something I can only speculate about than lose with the facts staring me in the face. That vote was an attempt to get Louis to celebrate a little too early. I always intended to come back and review what happened after I left. And I'm certainly not ending today without using my ability. I hope you haven't failed me, FRAYDO. Though we do have a chance to win even if I'm wrong. ##vote Louis ##scramble

I just realized that my only argument that makes sense to me for Louis being scum is that she passed me an item, but I didn't get an item at all, so I've come up with an impossible scenario.

Why did you track me?

Wait, that means she didn't pass me an item, so that doesn't work at all. What? I've confused myself now.

The only person who has ever passed me an item was Retaliation when he gave me my aircraft back.

At this point, the only way I can explain her actions as scum is if she is so terrified at being caught in a lie by anyone that she tried to claim something that couldn't be known by anyone to be a lie. Really, what it comes down to is if Louis is scum, she killed FRAYDO and tried to pass an item to me hoping that would trigger my RADAR (it doesn't)

I mean, there is so much stuff I could go into there as well, though I'm running out of time for it.

Actually, I guess she couldn't have. There would be some risk if I saw FRAYDO or if the item you took from me went missing.

She could have claimed to track FRAYDO absolutely anywhere. Her actions don't make sense. It's as if when the rest of the mafia team died, she totally lost sense of direction.

Basically what has happened today is the only way for Scum!Orange to win. I'm also not going to forget that you seemed upset that I could still scramble. Scum!Louis should have just lied and said she tracked me to FRAYDO. Why didn't she do that?

Because going into today, I think both you and me knew how we were voting today, but then Louis's tracking report (and the fact that I didn't see her do the track) threw our cases out. You aren't going to convince me I'm scum, so in the case where Louis is town and tracks me, how does Scum!Orange win the vote? He has to convince me that Louis is scum.

Kind of. This is a situation that as far as I'm concerned could be possible. How does Scum!Orange convince Town!Louis that I'm scum, if she tracks me going nowhere? You did make her say what she did before you claimed.

Good, I was hoping you would come up with that quickly. Yes, I agree this is incredibly unlikely.

Actually not lastly, because related to that is what happens if Town!Louis tracks me while you do the kill. Scum!Orange should believe that I don't have a night action as claimed, so if Town!Louis tracks me when I'm doing nothing, how is he going to convince Louis that I'm the one who did the kill?

And lastly, while I do know that you visited me and therefore you can't have done the NK with an ability (assuming NKs and abilities can't be used at the same time, which I don't know) what could still be possible is that you used an item to make a kill.

We know now that during Mojoman's reveal, he talked about abilities other people on his team had. Mafia Mastermind and the Janitor ability turned up to be Killing_You. Well, what if the false alignment check was someone else's ability?

I generally agree with that, and my first thought that iLTS reveal was suspicious, but that specific statement triggered me even more. The next thing is already related to Mojoman. Wait, we need music to do this properly, hang on. There we go, that's better.

I never wound up making the counter-argument to that because by then Mojoman was already revealed, but I can say it now. "Or maybe you want to make yourself a target?" as far as I'm concerned, is scum POV. Indeed as you argued, Town!iLTS should be worried, but Scum!Mojoman would know that and be in position to wonder why he wasn't. So if we add to that statement like this for context: "Or maybe you want to make yourself a target [of the NK]?" Mojoman is wondering if iLTS has something that would make him dangerous to kill. That's how I read the situation, anyway.

Well, we can start with "Why did you think Mojoman was the towniest of town on Day 1?"

I didn't say that I wasn't going to sit here for the next hour before I go to work and talk about those things.
