TRS Fail to install

[Corsica]

Hello everyone. I tried to refrain from asking but I am stumped. I'm tryin to install TSR while running W3D as admin. It has failed to download at least 10 times and I'm clearing my directory and restarting the launcher after each try.  Thanks for reading.
