  1. If he did flip town I would just call him stupid for being confused about his alignment.
  2. I'm going with "the third party couldn't contain his excitement and slipped".
  3. I've enjoyed thoroughly making him look bad in the past 24 hours. ##vote Shade939
  4. There are two possibilities: Shade isn't town, or is town and defied all logic because he just really wanted his flavor to mean something.
  5. Mine does as well. That's why I didn't pay any attention to the flavor part. It has no standing in terms of alignment or objective, at least for normal players.
  6. It's simple, the timing of these posts is suspicious. I have no 40k knowledge, so I don't know what my "flavor" means. However, my PM clearly tells me that I'm town (because blue, for one) and that the IRS (red, so bad guys) are "heretik invaders". Obviously, I see absolutely no way to get confused, even if my flavor were questionable from a lore standpoint. A monkey would be able to figure it out. We have no new mafia players this time, so clearly the train of thought goes to "why would shade feel the need to clarify in response to the GM's post". The result is that Shade isn't town.
  7. Attacking one's intelligence is a hallmark of guilt (opposed to attacking the argument). The obvious logical path is that Shade is not town given the content of my own PM.
  8. About that: My PM says I'm blue (traditionally town) and that the IRS (red) are the bad guys. Not exactly confusing material.
  9. Sure wish I could do more cuz my scumdar is really going off on Shade. Orange not so much but it's hard to say he's not scummy when he's jumping over the moon to defend Shade and provide rebuttals for him.
  10. And yet GM felt it necessary to make that announcement only *after* the game started.
  11. That's why I take issue with the "several" players that supposedly had confusion with their alignment.
  12. I mean I did outright say in pregame it’s what I was going to do. I’m a man of my word.
  13. You followed up Retaliation’s post with your own clarification as if you were one of the “several” asking about it. However, you’re clearly a 40k fan and therefore shouldn’t need to question your alignment unless it’s variable in the universe’s lore!
  14. Meaning you have a questionable character and should be investigated or shot or lynched.
  15. Oh thank goodness it wasn’t shade having time travel powers.
  16. So I don’t see a HP star unless I’m blind so how much longer until shade dies?
  17. Implying I can gain additional weapons to shoot shade with.
