Chaos and Cat5 had strange voting behavior D1. I suspected them of being together somehow due to that, so they could be part of our scum.
Isaac has been very quiet lately. Sure, he says he's busy in RL, but his behavior D1 (fencesitting) shows a bit of scumminess.
If we want to talk about fencesitting though, FRAYDO has been doing it to an extreme. Literally ignoring all our arguments? Conveniently forgetting about game mechanics when it is beneficial for him? He's my current bet for scum.
I'm not sure what to think of Voe. I'm getting not-allied vibes, but could be neutral or TP instead of town.
The vice versa doesn't necessarily apply in Chopbam's case. Remember that I and the MiG (if it exists) are vehicle destroyers, so we could take down the Longbow even if it wasn't landed. Just because the Longbow exists in this game doesn't mean there is a SAM in this game.

A one person TP team makes no sense since if they are a faction, they would have at least two people in their team. Otherwise there is nothing distinguishing them from a neutral (serial killer?). More than likely someone here is lying, or there are no more Soviets.
Holding my vote on FRAYDO because that last post just shows yet more fencesitting. If he's killed though, I'll switch my vote over to someone else, probably Isaac since he's been quiet. TOO quiet.

There is a discrepency in the numbers I just found. I'm going to doubt that Nodlied was the only Soviet aircraft in the game, since what's the point of a two person mason in an 11 person game? We are looking at 2 confirmed and 3 claimed soviets, which would bring the total to 5. There should also be another aircraft, which brings the total to 6. This means we would be dealing with a two-person TP and no neutrals, which is contrary to the vibes Voe is putting out. Someone is lying, or there really is no aircraft in the game, or I'm looking at things too hard again.

Numbers Analysis:
I've been thinking of the possible combinations of Allies/Neutrals/TP/Soviets last night. Killing_You's death pretty much confirms a 3 scum team, assuming one helicopter, one helipad, one misc.
Based on my numbers last night (with adjustments considering what KY's death just gave us), here are some possible combinations:- 3 TP/3 Allies/1 Neutral/4 Soviet
- 3 TP/3 Allies/0 Neutral/5 Soviet
- 2 TP/3 Allies/1 Neutral/5 Soviet
- 2 TP/3 Allies/0 Neutral/6 Soviet
- 0 TP/4 Allies/0 Neutral/7 Soviet
- 0 TP/3 Allies/1 Neutral/7 Soviet
- 0 TP/3 Allies/0 Neutral/8 Soviet
I think at this point we confirmed the TP is a faction (otherwise there would be little distinction between them and Neutral anyway), which implies at least two people on it. There may be the possibility of a second TP faction which would throw these numbers out of whack. Doubt that though honestly. I also highly doubt there will be more than one neutral in this game. There might not be any neutrals in this game, but I made that a possibility to account for. I also accounted for the (relatively low) chance that there isn't a TP, and Verti is just teasing us with the fluff. Generally though, Verti doesn't do that.
I'm going to eliminate the unlikely options here:
- 3 TP/3 Allies/1 Neutral/4 Soviet
- 3 TP/3 Allies/0 Neutral/5 Soviet
- 2 TP/3 Allies/1 Neutral/5 Soviet
- 2 TP/3 Allies/0 Neutral/6 Soviet
We may have found all our soviets already. Or there is one or two more.

I'm sure I'm not the only vehicle destroyer in the game. They could back me up on this, though I would prefer them to stay in the shadows since they would most likely have their shots still, unlike me who already used it up.

Confirmation received from Vert: In exchange for vehicle destruction capability I lost my BPness. Which goes into that whole "doesn't make sense" thing, but w/e.
Wait, does this have any effect on you? Could this make your weapon unusable (or near-useless by increasing inaccuracy)? Or are you not entirely sure.My PM did say that I woke up this morning feeling fuzzy. Hopefully the MRJ effects don't linger. D:

All it says under "Lynch/Bulletproof" is "Vehicle Destroyer" which is rather vague. Logically I SHOULD be BP since I am a Mammoth Tank, but this ambiguity is what is causing me to be confused. The formatting of the PMs should probably be fixed, but that's more meta than anything. As I said, I asked for clarification from Vert on this.
How is the claim unprovoked if he outright cast doubt on the whole protector role thing? The most straightforward thing there was to announce that I was a protector role, hence why I could make said proof.
(I should also note my role is custom, like the MCT from the first game)

I don't know Jeod. As I said, I could be, I could not be. Maybe I'm so slow that I can't outrun things, which as a result means I could be kited? Maybe I drive with my hatch open all the time? Sometimes this game doesn't make sense.
That statement could be applied to both this Mafia and Red Alert in general BTW.
Also Jeod, a question for you: What evidence towards Chopbam points to him being the SAM Site? His weapon could have easily been a spy action, hence the miss. I'm not claiming he is a scum or anything, I just want to know your reasons.

I talked about Isaac in my other post. I mentioned I was suspicious of him, but FRAYDO at this point is where I am pointing my heat-seeking missiles and 120mm cannons.

Also, question for GenCam: what's the difference between you and a Heavy Tank?
Higher chance of killing, and I have a vehicle destroyer capability.
However, Verti has been pretty vague about my Bulletproof nature. He has neither confirmed nor denied it. I suspect I might not have BP in my role unlike the Heavy Tank. At this point though, I highly doubt I would be shot during the day without a massive retaliation. And from what I understand, it doesn't protect anyone from NKs anyway. Makes no difference at this stage of the game.
This is also a contributing factor in why I roleclaimed. I didn't want random townie #9 (or a scum that could brush it off as this) to "test" my role as a suspected heavy tank by wasting their gun on me, and potentially (somehow) killing me.

Could, but then we would have one less shot to work with. I don't really want to waste shots on circumstantial evidence. Just our luck he turns out to be a vehicle anyway, and your shot would fail.

This is where my theory of the two NKs for Allies (or perhaps KY DIDN'T do it, though that's unlikely considering what you told us) comes in. If KY made the call to kill someone, then he likely chose someone at random. He doesn't appear to have too much experience being scum (since we basically just ended him D2 when he failed to defend himself), so that is a possibility.
But then why didn't he talk to his team? Did he perhaps not have access to their normal communication or something? Or did he just not communicate? Or is the entire team made of inexperienced people?

In the interest of not giving scum information to go off of, I will not be roleclaiming so early as you and Jeod seemed to have done. If I have you pegged correctly, I believe we're on the same side here.
If you pegged me correctly? You believe we are on the same side? Are you confused about your alignments? Or did you ignore the part where I claimed soviet? If you didn't, you would have acknowledged that and either supported it or claimed I lied, or at least showed skepticism towards it. But you are (as Jeod terms it) fencesitting to an extreme point here, and that is intolerable.
He could be neutral, but he could also be the scum or TP we are looking for. Regardless, I have sound reason to doubt he is town.
