He did mention confirmed action in his list post and IIRC always framed FRAYDO's reaction as no action rather than no visiting. Would also potentially explain chaos knight's claim.

I want to ask one more question before I drop my case against you.

The day 2 back and forth between Irish and Jeod was super weird to me. Most of it was before I started participating much so I didn't really look at it until Jeod's death prompted me to look back.

I doubt FRAYDO is the night killer because there's a significant risk that we would investigate him again.

I think Jeod's death offers us insight we've been lacking this entire game. It confirms he was town and that his suspicions were not faked.

I'd be willing to take a peak at the vault/evidence, but I think we might have hit a tension threshold for tonight and I don't know/can't remember (it's been awhile since we've talked about it) if messing around with evidence takes up a night action.

I don't think evidence is going to have much to do with the player's role.

In anycase we have a wonderful opportunity to basically confirm if someone is scum if we can catch them with the spyglass.

We pretty much know FRAYDO is scum.

I think someone being a thief is a good counterbalance to the number of town players with (item based) abilities.
