Not personally, maybe, but I definitely mentioned it in this thread pre-game. I asked for opinions on raising it to 20% and got no response, so I just did it.

Before Jeod can even say anything she sends out Miltank to battle! vs Moltres uses Flamethrower! It one shots Miltank! (damage was 153 I think, accidentally cleared it). "What? Oh an investigator?!? I'm so sorry, whaaaaa! Yes, Team Rocket was here, they convinced me to send Moo Moo Milk from good old Miltank here to help their cause... but the thing is... I forgot what they look like, so I've just been sending it randomly.... Like I said... I don't remember what they look like, but I do remember they had a Teddiursa... at least when I met them. I'll become your ally now Jeod, it's the least I can do..."

The boost is 20%, but yeah, that's why he one shots it. I'll resolve here in a minute.

I'll be back in 30 minutes to resolve this, but it's Whitney and level 40 Miltank, and Jeod autokills it (barely).

It was never 4 at one point in time, and the "maybe" is more like "I don't know what Brigitte means by her meme so I'm going to say no to be safe"
