Not all items are created equal, unfortunately, but I've already equated for such things.

About the same as yesterday, and in retrospect if Pikachu only had 35 odd hp I probably could have managed yesterday too. I'd prefer not to fight just in case, and with a double battle I could always get ganged up on, but realistically with 4 of us 7 going it might be unavoidable.

Wow, only 35 HP. So I was wrong about grass type, but Dragon does resist electric!

Yellow is where they reduced the level at which Butterfree learns Confusion to 10, so you can have a realistic counter to Brock :P (Or just go down the side route and get a Nidoran)

Electric types are glass cannons, which have their uses, and since water is the most common type, they're really good as a counter. The biggest problem is that a lot of the gen 1 electric types actually don't have that many electric moves....

Pikachu is only really good if type advantage is involved. I know Sunflower likes a lot of Grass type pokemon, so odds are good her pick will resist electricity on top of that. Of course, this is all just random guessing, but it's enough that in a vacuum I'd put odds on Sunflower.

Regardless, if rockets have a special ability, it could be anything. Maybe when they scout, they actually do get moves or something. I wouldn't worry about Sunflower either way though, as she will win against Cat 5

So again, I'll just say that if someone had a unique ability, we'd have heard about it by now. I think that maybe at one time they were in, but were removed. A lot of this is based off knowledge of the GM.

Yeah, I'm double checking that. I don't see anything about asterisk or unique actions in my PM at all.

Because the focus of this game seems to be on the duel. It appears as if none of us have any special actions or someone would have spoken up by now.

TBH the bandwagon just has such an effect because there's only 7 of us, it's a lot harder to break a chain of 3 or even 2 votes than usual because of that.
