If you are banned, please fill in this form to make clear what happened, when, and with what nickname.

In the title please put your username, and in the tag area put Banned, Kicked, or Warning, depending on the issue you have.

Once posted, the Moderator who banned you has a week to reply and make his case clear.

If there is no reply within a week, one of the higher up moderators will take a look at what happened and decide what to do.
