SilverShark
I persuaded my friend to download the W3D Launcher to play APB with me. Unfortunately we ran into a problem. When the game is being installed, it fails to install the file "always.zip". Why is it doing that? I think his OS is Windows 10. Einstein
Hey there! This happens sometimes. Try these steps and see if it helps. Let us know what happens! Delete everything in C:\ProgramData\W3D Hub\Launcher\package-cache\games\apb\ and then try again. It will re-download everything but sometimes that is necessary. And you made sure to run the launcher as admin yes?
danpaul88
Simply resorting to randomly deleting files doesn't help me track down what actually causes this sort of issue so it can be fixed. It'd be useful if you can attach the errors.log and diagnostics.log files from My Documents\W3D Hub\Launcher to a reply so we can see what the actual error is.
