It's the conscript night ability... So basically, instead of increasing his chances of not getting stuck and having the allies know, he used his shot now so we all know he's a conscript.

PRACTICE - Attend target practice and decrease your stuck chance by 25% for the following day. The Allies will know if you practiced. One time use.
