@TheIrishman, dunno how you're doing your PM system for this game, but here's the way I did CYOR I if it helps any:

Kam could have just sleepily given us some info about his role. Like a passive ability to identify a role that visits you (but not the owner).

I can totally guess your role.

Why would ChopBam know what you did or did not do unless he's a Tracker and you know his role?

Category 5 Hurricane - Most likely in a parallel universe until Day 3 Kamuixmod's been pretty quiet during the course of the game, even on Day 1 after Cat5's claim and the voting plan. I'm not convinced he's our "randomizer" though. We may not have one. If OrangeP47 is lying, then his role simply redirects those who visit him--maybe passively. And, while this can't clear anyone just yet, we may have a doctor type role in the game, which explains the lack of nightkill.

I'd like to fill in the gaps, for now. Nodlied and Kamuixmod have yet to give us any information regarding their night targets or whether they had any actions done to them.

I don't know if that's a good line of questioning until we see if Cat5 returns on Day 3.

As scum, there's no reason to suggest Cat5 wasn't the nightkill. As town, there's plenty of reason. I would cross Alstar off the list for now. If you do, it would be worth mentioning now before we go on a wild goose chase.

It's possible someone has a one-time bulletproof ability, or it's possible the nightkilling scum was roleblocked. I don't think Alstar has a reason to lie about his claim. What would scum stand to gain from suggesting Cat5 wasn't the nightkill? At this time I believe the mystery surrounding Cat5 is independent from the scum's actions.

Closest thing I can think of is the classic Ninja role, which is undetectable by Watchers and Trackers when visiting. If it were me designing this CYOR game, I'd probably give a player with a ghost role this sort of ability.

I dunno, I still feel like he's dead. If he isn't dead and is just in a parallel universe due to his night action, then where's the night kill? Alstar said he wasn't visited.

It's perplexing, because my theory about the Akane role makes a lot of sense from a Cat5 personality standpoint as well as a balancer standpoint.

His clarification was "every person that dies in this game will have a strikethrough". As it's a direct response to our questions, I'd take it as a confirmation of death.

It's a possibility that Cat5's ability places him in a parallel universe for the next day. That way he isn't able to share his report until Day 3, but it in turn makes him immune to nightkills/lynches. That would be my theory, except that TheIrishMan confirmed that Cat5 is dead.

The thing that stood out to me most about him was that he asked Cat5 if he was immune to nightkills, and Cat5 said no. Getting to that point and reading it was what made me go "wait a sec, something's off about him".

After a quick analysis, my radar isn't pinging on Nodlied as much as it is on Kamuixmod or Voe. Kam moreso than Voe. I can't place it.

It's the same concept even if I don't know the precise term.

No worries, thanks for the clarification. I suppose that's what we should expect since it's a Halloween themed game. Knowing that Cat5 was indeed killed, I find Nodlied much more suspect. I'll go ISO his D1. (Note: "ISO" is Mafia Universe lingo for "Individually Single Out", as I understand it)

Given the name is crossed out and not removed, I suspect a roleblock.
