As far as I can tell, FRYADO put an arbitrary time limit on how long it is before Scum have to be discovered which is by day seven pretty much, which is when that Rocket thing happens during the night I'd guess, despite the fact this game should last for something like a guaranteed ten days and that number would only really decrease if we only had one scum member. If Team Rocket doens't have a way to counter FRAYDO's ability, then that literally means that the only way for Team Rocket to win would be to battle everyone in game, which I don't see how they could pull that off unless they had roughly equal numbers to Town, or some really powerful night actions, especially when you take into consideration that you could force Rocket Members to fight each other assuming you could control the vote...

Only way to prove that would be if you had used all four of your Pokemon moves on the first day though...

Because the only way it would work was if scum outright told use they were scum. Do you know if Orange actually had to teach his Lapras Ice beam, or has he an extra poke coin that he could literally spend on any action in the entire game?

On top of that, imagine all of the Pokecoins you could spend on TMs instead or other night actions if you didn’t have to Train every night.

Do you even have to take an evolved Pokémon as Rocket in the first place? The strongest Pokémon we’ve been running into don’t exactly evolve after all... At most it would be a three poke coin advantage that you could spend on evolving a Pokémon and run the risk of being outed as a Rocket member early, why don’t you just take a Lapras, Snorlax, Scyther, Taurus, Chansey instead and completely avoid the risk when quite a few of the best Pokémon in game don’t evolve.

And I don't know of any way to test if your telling the truth or not. So you can't actually figure out someone's actual night actions as long as they were careful about what they said...

For example, did you ever teach a Pokemon that TM you started with, or did you buy it later on and use it Orange and were lying about it?

It's not worth the effort, since you can't really prove anyone's night actions without also having to force them in a fight. At most, if everyone had investigated someone before night three we might have caught have a Team Rocket member.
