To be fair, I'm not entirely certain if we have a mafia team either with only eight players. Although, we still kinda need a player whose goal would be to eliminate all Town players.

Could also have multiple-character kills spread out over different players. So you can target player 1, 2, and 3 and kill one of that players characters each.

Either way, I think you probably get some benefit of getting shot, which could be an alignment flip, or possible ability thief or energy drain type of ability maybe.

Yeah, even the medication I'm mentioning, is fairly rare, so they'd only expect to be able to save about ten people in total using their supply at the local hospital.

There's at least some sort of medication they can give in the later stages of the infection, that's fairly expensive and rare. Something like $5,000 for dose, and is fairly difficult to get a hold of, so they'd only use it in very specific cases that would also correlate with being in the ICU.

Honestly iLTS, it does sounds like you actually have a worse case than most people would expect to actually get, and it wouldn't be effecting their lungs as badly.

Just keep an eye on it, and you should probably actually seek medical attention if it does start to get worse. Since that would most likely indicate that your bodies immune system isn't up to the task of fighting off the infection.

I'd probably be a bit concerned since you're also suffering chest pains, which would seem to indicate a lung infection that your body didn't fight off.

Considering it's day one, if you want to start it early it shouldn't effect game balance by giving town more time to discuss pertinent information, so go ahead and start it early if you want to. Plus it'll give us more time to troll each other day one.
