Is there really a 3rd party that can be claimed in Gen II? There's no Aqua or whatever? right? Could he be a gym leader from Kanto instead of Johto? I mean i made it all the way over here, couldn't they? Not that that's really a third party? Or are Gym Leaders third party? is that a thing? Unless you can prove otherwise.
