If you don’t have a Lv50 I advise staying away from the radio tower. Tier-wise it’s the hardest location.

Speaking of, I'd like to pay a visit to the Goldenrod Gym. It shouldn't be a problem for Moltres (it was leveled to 50 due to the battle), and we do need to ensure that KY hasn't caused any insane results. A Jeod/Shade scumteam? Barf.

Self defense clause doesn't apply here since you can easily perform self-defense by fainting Sandslash and ending the battle.

So, since you're opting to attack me, I'll assume that either we'll both accrue a penalty, or neither of us will.

It's not breaking the game, I believe you're scum and I warned you about this. Cat5 making his move before GM resolves anything is to prevent any possible penalty from influencing his move decision. That's common sense, and what I just did is also common sense if you've been paying attention to my playstyles in mafia games.

As for our audience, here's a question: if you're so intent on a Jeod/Brigitte scumteam, why would Brigitte use a Gyarados against her partner's Moltres and vote to be on the opposite side, and why would I say I'm perfectly okay with it as long as the current participants are all battling?

Alright Shade, since Brigitte actually has a verifiable discrepancy with her ability claim (whereas you, myself and Cat5 are merely speculation), what do you have to take down that Gyarados?
