Neither did mine, remember. Perhaps one of the options we should check is that Shade is lying about who he chose for bus targets. Since Orange claimed to successfully visit you, then you can't be a bus target as he targeted you from the start. If Shade were lying, then he would have bussed himself with me. Motivation could be to get any protection I might have had. I have no other night action. So your Yune role would have caused me to 'fail' by switching my target. I targeted myself in my PM, but the result doesn't confirm that. Whoever I did target was visited by Nodlied and Shade. Nodlied claimed to target me when he made his action. So he'd have been redirected to Shade. Shade obviously needed to visit himself as a target. Just a possibility. Not sure if all the pieces of the scenario fit together yet.

I don't hard townread Shade, but I do believe he's "not-scum". His bus action is corroborated by multiple parties. It could still explain lack of nightkill, however. @iLikeToSnipe I'm asking if you self-visit because I'm thinking of how I can use my watcher ability to confirm it.

Not surprised, as I said it’s moving day. But if you’re medical of any sort then the NK mystery isn’t in the bus trio but in KY/Snipe more likely.

I don't have time to draw up a fancy chart, but from what I can see, we have two or three people whose actions "failed" and one less roleblocker claimed. So, I'll do what I can do while I'm here and elaborate clearly on what was reported to me during the night. I targeted myself for watcher. My Result PM didn't specify my target, so I don't know if I actually ended up watching myself or Shade or Nodlied. But, I saw Shade and Nodlied visit the target. Since Nodlied said he was trying to target me, I assume Shade bussed myself and Nodlied, and it could be that I ended up watching him and that Nodlied ended up targeting himself. My initial thought to this is that perhaps for balance, mafia are immune to NKs or unable to NK themselves. But Nodlied hasn't elaborated on what his ability is yet and so there's not enough info to warrant further suspicion. Vertigo has just claimed a tracker role on Snipe and reports that he did nothing, which fits in with Killing_You's claim that he blocked Snipe. They could be a scum team, but again there's far less info to go on than even my take on Nodlied, so I wouldn't follow up on it until there's more info.

I suppose so, but you're dabbing into semantics here. Slim that ego a bit, it's more helpful to us.

My role is simply a daykill via lightning storm with a random target and a hidden effect, and a watcher at night. I don't consider a complimentary role necessary. Anyone with a lightning rod kind of role such as Zeus would be suitable, and so the alignment doesn't necessarily need to match.

The dilemma is, there's just as much suspicion on you and Snipe as there is on Shade and Nodlied for the NK. We really have to decide who the two targets are going to be and in what order, and we still don't know if Orange is being entirely truthful about his ability. Personally, I think we need more information. We haven't heard from a few players yet, and ChopBam had something happen to him. It's up to him to tell us about it, but we shouldn't say his alignment is town just because he likes lightning.

Or Killing_You. Yes, that could work with you as Target #1, if you're confident about your alignment as not-scum.

I didn't get a masonry like I requested, so I don't think one exists in this game. I think ChopBam can be crossed off the scumlist for now, and Shade is probably at least not scum, which brings us to iLiketoSnipe and Killing_You.

Nope. Everything I've said and done aligns perfectly. I even suspected ChopBam would be the recipient of my hidden effect, and hinted to it in my interaction with him.

If you bussed me and Nodlied, then my own target would have been switched to Nodlied. Unfortunately, my Result PM doesn't confirm my own target. It just states "your Target". I don't like this.

Ahh, that changes things. Either Shade blocks those who visit his target, or you got blocked. But if you were blocked, then I don't think you'd show up as visiting me.

Well, if you're not a doctor, then you got bussed to someone else. So whatever you were supposed to do to me, you did it to someone else.

Also, can we not let Shade distract town long enough for scum to gain the upper hand again? I expected better from you guys since CYOR 3.
