Hey @Shade939, keep in mind that if you're truly not scum and you do have a bus ability, you'll end up switching NK targets as well. Consider who asked you to bus me and who else you're using the bus on. Use wisely. Apartment moving day is tomorrow and I'm packing up my desktop tonight--will have a laptop instead. So I'll be less active than I was on Day 1 until Sunday.

Welp. Shade and Vertigo are my current suspects for scumteam and I'll tell you why. This was the last thing Shade said before he vanished for 3 hours. Could he have been busy? Perhaps, but due to the circumstances today and his activity, I'm more inclined to believe he was told to shut up in the scumdoc. Soon after, Vertigo pops in to say this. His following posts appear to be a subtle effort to take the conversation away from "the Shade plan", which failed. He then failed to vote Shade even though he was present for hammer. I'd like a protection role on me tonight.

So we currently have a tie between Shade and NoLynch. I don't like that. Not only does it further veil Orange's ability (it could easily be a coin flip under the false pretense of the ability), but it also means the only thing to come out of Day 1 is that scum have a few different night targets and town has nothing gained.

I honestly can't find any hint of a partner trying to get Shade out of the mess he's put himself in. But, I am suspicious of the current votes. Shade bandwagoned the No Lynch, so if he does turn out to be scum, it may be a safe bet his partner is also voting No Lynch right now.

If we want to save Orange's ability for later, we need Shade at the majority. That isn't an argument I ever made and wasn't the basis for the lynch. Shade hinted at being neutral, and then town, and then stated this about his ability, only in the past two hours.

It's always a possibility, but nearly everything Shade's posted points to the contrary. If you have some other D1 lynch in mind, please elaborate while we're a mere two hours from hammer.

It’s doubtful. 4 hours to hammer. Again, less risky and more optimal to just outright Lynch shade without an ability. He’s claimed neutral, so if it’s true then it’ll waste your ability.

Yes. Neutral party is non-hostile but can still be dangerous since they can choose which alignment to help. They always have their own win condition.

That or neutral that wants to have the big stick. From CYOR 3 experience once shade has gone off the deep end he’s irredeemable. If neutral than we should consider him a third party at this point.
