I mean, the fact that you're voting for me despite everything that's going on kind of speaks for itself...

You even tried manipulating Louis with the jailer vs roleblocker thing to your benefit.

@ Category 5 Hurricane , while I understand why you want to push for Irish, I consider Jeod to be the better choice that will reveal more information than going after any other player.
Because I'm the only one who scumreads you at the moment and am the safe mislynch?

It's almost like Jeod is trying to get lynched instead of TheIrishman.
Not my fault my role should be tp but isn't.

Looking back it what my ability says, it doesn't say jailed exactly, it states that I can detain someone in a holding cell, blocking them.
That's essentially the definition of a jailer. The wording matches up with what happened to me as well. Yet you ended up holding TheIrishMan in a cell apparently.

A short summary/reminder that of the eight players, only four players have reported any form of actions with clarity:
Jeod - Tried to pass his item to Shade and spent the night in a cell
Louis - Tried to roleblock/jail Jeod and somehow ended up targeting TheIrishMan
TheIrishMan - Got jailed by his own claim
Category 5 - Witnessed or directed Louis targeting TheIrishMan

Glad to hear that, if you could also prevent the NK by protecting your target, it would really nerf the usefulness of your role. Since we couldn't tell from your ability why the NK failed.
As great as that would be, it gives way to a few contradictions.

Roleblocker it seems
Category 5 claims you visited TheIrishMan, who claims he was jailed. Are you absolutely certain you are not a jailer?

Throughout this day, I have not liked how Jeod has changed his stories.
On the first report, Jeod has claimed he passed his item. No interruptions or inconveniences to note.
Stating that Louis should outright come out and say what they have done, but Jeod did not make such a report either.
Louis claims they have blocked Jeod, which makes sense in this current case.
And now the story is Jeod attempted to pass his item, now knowing he may have been blocked.
But later into the conversation with other things coming to light, the revised story is now that his PM says he was jailed. I can understand not wanting to come out with it as the first report because of all the immediate suspicion that would get, but I don't like how much it took for this claim to come out.
I am not particularly a fan of the many vanilla roles claimed at this point either, but that's another discussion.

Jailer is a protection role. I wouldn't want to make them known just as equally as scum wouldn't want to admit they were jailed.

I assumed that Category 5 had targeted Irish with his ability, and him being jailed was an unintended side effect, or later on that another unknown player had targeted him.
Just now, Category 5 Hurricane said:I don't believe there is a second jailer, and that if you actually did have an action fail, it was for a different reason.
To me the several above quotes laid out read as if Category 5 were directly insinuating the following:
1) That he believes Louis' claim as a jailer
2) That he does not believe there's a second jailer
3) That he knew Louis jailed TheIrishMan (and believes I was not jailed) because he redirected Louis from me to TheIrishMan via bus.

Based on what I have said, I could have tracked Louis to TheIrishman, or watched TheIrishman and saw Louis visit.
Could have, but then why would you feel the need to say you don't believe I was also jailed? The natural and logical conclusion is a bus driver.

The really sad thing about Shade is that whenever he's wrong he waves it off as the other player's fault for "not playing well". He can never accept blame.

Louis actually jailed TheIrishman. I don't believe this claim that Jeod was also jailed. I think this is something else.

2 hours ago, Category 5 Hurricane said:Yeah, I saw a lot of people think that.
30 minutes ago, Jeod said:I sat in a cell overnight. Whether it means jailed or blocked via visiting my target is the unknown. If it’s the former then something funky is going on with the bus driver claim. If it’s the latter then shade isn’t vanilla.
Here, try it for yourself. It's quite cool.

Wanna tell me how you worked that out?
Louis said she targeted me and jailed Irish. That doesn’t affect who I target.

Never mind it was me and Irish. So in the end I still ended up visiting shade.

@ Category 5 Hurricane Who we’re your bus targets again?

I'd argue scum wouldn't have known kills could fail. Shade was the one who was first sniffing for third party/neutral, almost everyone else was led to believe this was a simple basics setup with a pinch of Dune flavor. If anything I would expect scum to know about potential existence of third party via scumdoc before what kind of town roles they're up against.

Shade was the one working on the math for that. I admit I never worked it out and just assumed he is/was correct.
It's all about trains of thought just before and during the night phase.

Shade is still my #1 scum suspect. Everything in my perspective of events leads to him over the other vanilla claims.

In any case, everyone should vote No Lynch today. The math is basically Mafia can win N2 vs. D3 which is a pretty significant difference.

@ Louis
Here is Shade's scumplay. You apparently did your action on TheIrishMan instead of me. Therefore, saying I was protected from the nightkill is moot. However, Shade does not want to establish that you do protect your targets when you put them in a cell. That kind of information in the public domain hurts scum. Read your PM carefully, and ask the host any clarifying questions you may have. It may be that he's right, but it's always best to hear it from the host.
