This is a really subdued lead up to hammer. Someone should stir the pot a bit more
-
To be fair, that tends to happen when you've been cut in half, as well...
-
##vote champion retaliation I think KY vs Retal is a good matchup. Whoever wins, some people will get info they want, and both are suspected by some as being sith.
-
Retal, how do you feel about being champion today?
-
I'm still open to changing this vote, but I'm placing it for now. I may be less active today because a new 3DS game is set to arrive in the mail, and want to make sure I don't miss voting ##Vote Sith Killing_You
-
Minmaxers hate wasted potential.
-
We certainly have a lot of overlap or overkill with our checking... allegedly...
-
Death Note, too, where the suspects weren't in contact, and which is what led to my stellar scum performance.
-
If I were sith, why would I make something up that prompts a fellow sith (Jeod) to want to quit the game so badly? Independent of Shade, I think the argument with Jeod establishes my Jedi credit. Yes, sometimes scum argue with one another, but not to that wholly self-destructive level.
-
Shade's a minmaxer, to the degree I bet he counts his footsteps to maximize efficiency. Tell him to chill a bit.
-
BTW Retal, has Shade tried to convince you that dying and becoming a force ghost isn't so bad yet?
-
The action I saw him use the night before was one that detects someone's "alignment". Granted, if there's a situation where the sith don't know about each other, it might be possible for them to probe for each other.
-
I see he could possibly put it that way. He has a problem with consistency sometimes.
-
I do hope you weren't the driver. Don't text and drive Basically, it looked like Shade was going to get voted up either way, and it seemed like it would be better to do it on his terms than on some random terms, or terms set by scum. He seemed willing to duel Irish, or felt like surrendering to prove he's town would be beneficial to everyone. He said it would clear myself and FRAYDO, though I don't think that would have been the case, but it's something he has said a few times.
-
Silence you!

I'm impressed with the robe.

I'd like to issue a complaint that Mind Melding is a power from Star Trek, not Star Wars
-
Special action. We've been told in the rules they exist, but we've not seen any hint of them in game so far.
-
Yeah, we have a lot of ongoing threads here. ##vote 48hours
-
I'm also up for revisiting Voe, Retal, and maybe Irish too, but I don't have anything to add at this very moment on that front.
-
Maybe we should revisit FRAYDO. I do know for sure that he has the same action as me, but of course sith might still have light side powers. He did name the action to me before I said the name, which is how I know he knows about it, but his result he told me was follow the leader after I said what I had as my result, so he could have made that up. I'll also admit, I don't have enough experience with scum FRAYDO to say if my read at the time was rock solid or not.
-
Also btw KY, IIRC, you can't vote yourself as sith. It's against the rules.
-
This is like the third time I've asked maybe, but how did we clear Irish again? If it's not KY or Sunflower (and I really don't think it's Sunflower), I feel like it's been Irish under our noses the whole time, but that might be Shade's paranoia rubbing off on me. Retal is still a possibility if he's lying or somehow cloaked his dark side abilities, if that's possible? I'll admit, without the Shade factor, Retal was high up my list.
-
Well I guess Shade could keep hopping around until the end of time I was suspicious of Retal at first, but unless FRAYDO has something to contradict it sounds plausible enough to me. I think you are overestimating how much people suspect you. People are simply saying you've not been observed the same way we've put Nodlied, for example, under the microscope. No one has a serious case against you, but the problem is we don't have much of a case against KY as well. I'd argue it's KY simply because he's a more experienced player and therefore more likely to be scum, and also he hasn't participated much and when he has he could have gone in for the quick bus.
-
Well the counter-argument is you could have been bussing Jeod, but that's pretty unlikely. We're just saying by process of elimination, you're one of the last people we don't have "hard" evidence for. I guess we're all kind of hesitant right now, but maybe we should vote KY up as scum and get this show on the road.
