It didn't though, that could easily be the standard GM message for any player getting Meowth as a reward for completing an investigation. You wouldn't expect Meowth to out a Rocket Member by telling us he was joining up with one of his teammates would you?

You know what, go for it. My concern is something bad happens when the Tower is cleared, since Rocket have an in game event where they take over it. But considering how these investigations have been going on, I think it's a safe bet we'd end up liberating it more than anything else. ##Rocket Radio Tower

Or to put this another way. I targeted Retaliation with two different actions that resulted in his Houndoom being revived with full health.

By the way, you can't use items on other players outside of double battles.

I already went over this possibility, and by a simple comparison of the two it's obvious which one is more likely to be Town based on ability claims alone. A player with a limited ability to discover the strongest Pokemon a player has. Which is used to plan out battles ahead of time. Or a player with an ability to increase the levels of players other than themselves, and had that ability revealed to everyone in game...

I think it would be more likely that if KY was scum the results would still be accurate, and the reward for Scum would be KY received the bonus for the investigation. Scum wouldn't need an insane result if you take into consideration duplicates. What would you say if someone claimed that Rocket had a Magikarp?

I'm the Town Doctor and have already revived another players Pokemon and brought it back to full health.

I'm pretty certain Retaliation already claimed he got a bonus from investigations for his ability.

Notice how the Water Pokemon, with a x2 damage bonus against you, didn't target you with a Water based attack.... And seriously Jeod, what was the next part of that plan if Category 5 killed my Heracross? They die to your Moltres?

Right, you got me... Those are obviously Scum slips, because no one could have predicted what pokemon Category 5 or you would be using, and they certainly couldn't have come up with an idea that a Rocket night action would hurt for 50% of it's HP, which would be the opposite of what my ability does.
