The best outcome for the Rocket member Jeod, is to eliminate as many Town members in the match up as he can while minimizing Rocket losses. If you look at the situation where he targeted me, he only attacked me after he was certain he could take out Category5 Hurricane in a single attack. Based on that battle, I think it's a fairly safe bet he had one team mate on the Rocket side who he was trying to work with to that outcome by trying to eliminate me before the match ended.
