By no definition was Verti a TP, he could clearly win the game alongside either Town or Mafia and should have been classified as a Neutral Player to reflect that, including the fact he didn't directly have any killing actions.

We also need to use TP's to be more specific, they need to prevent Town from winning the game in order to actually deserve the title.

Games should already be over, Mafia fulfilled their victory condition before Category 5 could use his ability.

Probably trying to figure out how he wants to make a GM ruling on how the game ends, Orange was probably overly confident in revealing he was Mafia today, and depending on how Irish decides abilities work either side could win.

The difficult part would be deciding on how to eliminate players from the game. I might prefer the idea iLTS suggested, where you have a set number of quest you need to complete in total to reach an objective, and instead of eliminating players entirely they would be temporarily incapacitated so they couldn't go on the mission with their skills. You'd probably want to assign a percentage based system then, like Tension, and Town is trying to get it to 0%.

The death note is in game so nothing can protect against it, so there is a guaranteed way to kill anyone in game despite their abilities.
