It's a fair mistake to make considering how the Conscript role works. I'm really thinking we should have all of the Conscripts claim, and then we can nitpick through anyone who didn't claim to find out who Scum is.

Not really, guaranteed Town is just as important as a PR, since that's what a PR is trying to do ultimately.

Also, the Sniper was Scum's strongest role, so this should be a much easier game now.

And they should hold off on shooting for now.

We can pretty reasonably figure things out without it since we got Scum day one.

So, we basically have 4 conscript claims. Anon_Kat, myself, Orange and Retaliation. Out of those four, both Orange and Retaliation got the unlikely 1/4 result.
