Obviously, that applies that whatever attacked me was capable of leaving an infection through some means.

In short, I was slashed by something, leaving a cut that doesn't look infectious. I choose to describe that as someone attacking me with an infected knife. Although an alien or monster with claws would also work.

To be frank, the necromorph virus works on dead corpses, so if I was already dead.

And to specify, it uses the word infectious instead of infected.

And it sounds better than someone decide to slash me last night, and it doesn't seem like the wound is infected.

Also, it doesn't specify a weapon was used to attack me, but that's picking apart the text flavor.

Well, all I know is the wound my character received is not infectious, at least not yet. And to be frank, I have my own role abilities that would probably force it to have a different effect on me compared to the rest of you.

Although to be fair, I have absolutely no clue what the actual infection does. Just that the player spreading it around chooses to do so in a very violent way.

Or mafia are aware of the infection, so they're lieing about their abilities. Or we don't have a mafia team, and it's nothing but TPs.

Well, in any case, we're a bit stuck until we hear from @Louis, @iLikeToSnipe, and @Anon_Kat about any information they want to share about what they were doing last night. If not, then obviously they're in the "I didn't visit anyone last night train so you shouldn't infect me."

You deciding to argue against my interpretation of information in my own PM. That's not something you do without an outside source of information to discredit it with.

You were arguing from the viewpoint of knowing that they couldn't be, while not knowing what had actually rolebocked me. Even wondering if perhaps it was accurate, and Jeod as the GM had changed the ability on you to balance it out a bit more.

I assume the roleblock more has to do with the fact you're supposed to be immedaitley infectious after getting stabbed, so this limits the rate of infection.

No, but I was told I was stabbed, so I assume a roleblock would have also been mentioned, along with any other obvious actions like that.
