All of this is speculation right now, plus whatever contact Shade has with Category5. Voe is suspicious since the rest of us seem pretty clean. I'd be on board with checking him out, although he seemed quite powerful in combat. We should also consider that he was the one who defeated Jeod, the known sith. This gave him a lot of townie points, in my opinion, but it's possible his corrupted wasn't actually stopped as he claimed, because he didn't want to die.

Correction: Learned T1.

Marked my edits in red.

This result didn't come as much of a surprise to me either, but then again my vote going not in the bandwagon said as much (even if my votee ended up in the duel anyway, just on the other side). I just noticed, but does anybody know why Voe's name is green here? Does that just mean he won a duel? Or maybe defeated sith in a duel?

If you're really light side, I keep reading you the wrong way, man. Haha. Maybe it's the way you word your posts, but it's like you're acting as though you're driven by external forces to do and claim scummy things, so therefore it's not your own fault that you do and claim scummy things. (This time around, the scummy thing was jumping on the bandwagon less than 30 min before hammer)

Makes sense to me. I think I'll keep the current course for now. Again I don't really have any strong suspect leads, but the way things are going I don't think my vote on Retal will matter, and I'd rather not sith vote myself, as if that even mattered.
-
So what you're saying is that Nodlied could have used the sense action, not to gain information per se, but to throw off anybody examining him? Although if the sith are separated, then that'd give sith a definite reason to use sense.
-
It was still a scumbaggery thing to do.
-
I don't know what I believe, mang. Maybe I'm still sore after that claim of autism got me off your back last time.
-
I think you may be latching onto this a little too hard. As if that connection to Orange's incorruptibility was your plan all along.
-
I still have a bad feeling about this Shade thing; that at least part if it is made up and is throwing all of us off. Pending more leads, ##vote sith Retaliation
-
So #carry-on I guess.
-
It'd be seriously brilliant, but I'm actually skeptical that Jeod faked his rage.
-
It's also possible Orange and Retal are making this whole thing up about Shade.

In the CMC mafia, as a baddie I had an action that would change all town cop reports to be insane for a night. I'm not saying that's necessarily the case here, but we should definitely consider all possibilities. It's likely he really does have light in him, but in case he doesn't, at least you (Nodlied), Cat5, and I all seem to be on the same page.
-
Their being the top two suspects was the very reason at least 3 people checked them, which is the very thing that led to this result of a "circlejerk," as you so elegantly put it. What did you do last night, by the way?
-
Yeah we'll need more than 24 hrs for this. Still too many questions that need answers. Don't want to rush the vote. Sorry Verti! I'm in the same boat as Cat5, and I had even less of a reason than he to think I'd be attacked. When I saw T2 Mind Melding available, I saw something that could finally be useful, and it turns out that it was.
-
I would like to see Nodlied's take on this, and his confirmation that I visited him. He should know the exact name of the action I used.
-
*counter argument
-
Irish, I'm missing 30 FP because I used a T2 action. Can you see why I've been slightly aloof? I'm in general agreement about the sentiments regarding Retaliation. I'll admit that the red lightsaber "argument" I made was conjecture born out of mild interest, but Jeod's lightsaber also being red piqued my attention. Retaliation's "no u" is consisting of his counterclaim involving people that are basically clear, in my mind. It'd also make sense that his combat abilities are what would make the sith stronger in this game, since they don't get night kills to boot. So Retal right now is my #1 suspect.
-
Maybe, maybe not, but now I have a respite from work and a Saturday off!
-
As was confirmed by this duel. Each player get represented by the lightsaber they chose. Although that brings up the question: why did you choose red if not to represent sith?
-
Could the lightsaber color just be red on that side because that's the voted sith player?
-
Yes, and that's what got me thinking.
