If scum want to be believed, they need to mix some truth with their lies. Things that are verifiable or that won't come back to bite them later upon closer inspection. They just need to tactfully decide which truth to reveal. The most likely alternative theories to you being the baddie that took away FRAYDO's 1st life are 1) a doctor saved someone, or 2) Cat5 was actually nightkilled. If one of these was the case, and there isn't a cult/2nd nightkill, then FRAYDO's a baldfaced liar. But as you say, he is making some pretty bold claims which will be substantiated or debunked soon enough. I'll hear your story.

The only thing that bothers me about FRAYDO's "new information" is that it's "new information." Was it a newer PM with information that TIM forgot to send earlier? Or did FRAYDO re-read something he missed previously? In any event, while I'm curious, I don't think it's a huge deal. But Orange jumped onto this as his first defense (offense?).

I'm going to build off Jeod's and Kam's "charts" with the presumption that FRAYDO's new information is true, as it actually explains some things. I'm also going to mark myself and FRAYDO as blue. Obviously I'm biased about myself, but this is my own perspective speaking. Or, he could have targeted FRAYDO to begin with and lied about the redirection as a diversion, which would mean there is no randomization role and that OrangeP47 simply possesses passive night protection randomization as per my first question to him today. But if FRAYDO had one-time zombie and Orange previously claimed his night action on FRAYDO "fizzled out," that's awfully suspect.

This raises my eyebrow a bit. I thought our current public narrative is that Alstar is the watcher, not the tracker?

Voe picked up on that too, although I won't put much stock in that, because, you know, there's a meme about it.

I'm inclined to believe FRAYDO's claim. Orange has been actively directing the conversation all day, and his story is the one that doesn't seem to fit. His voodoo from yesterday led me to suspect him enough to try to hunt him last night. FRAYDO, the only thing I see that doesn't add up is that Cat5 claimed to be Neutral rather than Third Party. This could be potentially alarming for us since he lied about that, and TP can lie/kill to achieve their own goals.

Why are you so curious? And why did you jump on the bandwagon?

I don't know if there's anything so special about visit notifications. It's possible TiM isn't consistent with reports like that, and it's possible the roles are meant to be that way. In any case, there are probably better fish to fry than Kamuixmod today. That was a very easy bandwagon btw.

By all appearances, it would seem that Alstar did visit Cat5. According to Alstar's claim, it would appear his visit was to see if Cat5 was being visited, or possibly who visited him. Alstar's visit to Cat5 could have certainly been for nefarious purposes, however, and I certainly wouldn't rule out that possibility.

Why would Alstar lie about that specifically? From what I can see he'd have nothing to gain from it.

If Cat5 is lying, I believe it's intended to befuddle scum rather than town. This plus his meta makes me think we should trust him for now. I'm still not fully sure I understand Cat5's claimed gimmick. Does our current stance put Jeod in real danger?
