Good to see you guys again . I was wondering what happened when I came back to BH forums, and the AR and Reborn were crew gone. Nice to see the projects are still alive and kicking along with the community. And yeah...I have no relation to Sir Phoenixx, but people often mixed me up with him ( :lol: ). I suppose I'm one of the oldbies, so I figured I'd drop by this thread. I was one of the few original beta testers (I think?) for AR, but dating back before that I was also involved with both APB (will always be Renalert for me) and Reborn's communities. Howdy

If you want to play your games at higher framerates but can live without the extra eye candy, you can probably get away with a Nvidia GTX 750 Ti The one I linked goes for $110, and your power supply meets the minimum power requirement to run (300 watts). This card should play old games (like TSR or anything W3D for that matter) at the highest possible settings while more modern titles can be played with slightly lowered settings.

Try this: SystemInfo.txt Rename it to SystemInfo.bat and then run as administrator. If the company that did the refurb did it like the OEMs do it, then this will give you some info. If they just popped in a disk to put windows back on it then it won't help at all.
