As it turns out, TheIrishMan hasn't yet read his initial PM. I removed the mistaken one with the spoilers so he can't see it, and he's now allowed to speak and vote as normal.

CORRECTIVE ACTION Well, it's already been said by the man himself that there was a bus driving between TheIrishMan and iLikeToSnipe. I made an error in my stone calculations--as a result, this wasn't taken into account. TheIrishMan is back in play! However, due to spoilers he got in his PM, he is not allowed to speak or vote today. He exists as a buffer to player count. Some PMs have been re-issued.
