Not really, one of the least important parts of this game is what character you are in most circumstances since you decide your characters abilities. Certain characters are oriented towards certain roles more than others, but even then that still leaves a good three to seven possible roles variations they could be that could still fall underneath that characters unique skill sets. Just think about how easily a character like Black Widow could be a Tracker, Watcher, Vigilante, Cop, Role Blocker or Bodyguard.

So, what exactly happens if someone dies with one of the stones? I'd assume Mafia would loot the corpse if they killed that player, but what about other actions like the day lynch? Is it just entirely RNG based or is the stone removed from the game?

Yeah, I can join up fairly easily, although surprisingly enough, I don't really care for the MCU so I'm not certain what character I'd want to use...

He's outnumbered 5:1, and probably doesn't have any healing items left. And it's probably not worth the effort of having to sit through another five days worth of battles even if he would win, and odds are he'd outright lose most of the match ups with a Lapras.

Funny, how Rocket would have also been awarded for completed the investigations though...

Then he's the only one who would have a reason to think KY might have gotten a similar reward, not that one really has a reason to suspect that you got two rewards in the first place, when one of them was already a legendary.

He claimed the reward was a non random egg.

The random legendaries were definitely pushing things considering how they would make Scum even harder to kill in battle, which is the only way Town could actaully deal with them. Also, I was really expecting the following move pools on Rocket's legendaries. Ho-oh Earthquake Sacred Fire Recover Thunder Mewtwo Recover Psychic Amnesia Thunder Punch Plus it only cost a coin to swap out what stat boosting defense Mewtwo would have once it reached level 50.

I don't really need the training as much since now I don't have to actually worry about a completely one-sided fight with my Heracross in it vs. a legendary flying pokemon.

I'm still happy that a legendary pokemon given out through RNG isn't going to be the deciding factor of the game now.

The obvious problem is how everyone has three lives, so even a seven player game is effectively considered to have 21 players in it instead. If you don't want to overhaul the base game mechanic, it would make sense to change the victory conditions instead, so you can win the game by completing some objective instead of having to eliminate something like 18 players before the game could end.

To be fair, I think we're all just really going through the motions at this point.

I mean, if we can have an even earlier hammer than tomorrow, then I'm actually willing to vote for it also.

@Retaliation, unless you can possibly beat a Ho-oh today, I don't think there's really anything to discuss at this point in the game. Ho-oh can learn Recover for one of it's moves, which combined with it's defenses and HP pool means it's can pretty easily avoid being focused down anyways. Especially if Irish can heal during the night anyways even if you can land a decent in for more than 100 damage before dieing. There's really not much to discuss when Irish has such an overwhelming advantage because of his Legendary basically giving him something along the lines of lynch immunity.
