  1. For the most part though, I'm not certain iLTS would actually be this bold if he was actually Scum.
  2. Well, I did say it was rather self explanatory.
  3. For the most part yes. Here's the list anyways. Inferno, Mojoman, TheIrishman, iLTS, Nodlied. I can go into reasoning a bit more if I have to, but I think it's rather self explanatory overall.
  4. Am I also allowed to include my list, or is that going to convince you to vote for me or iLTS and probably end up throwing the game?
  5. @Jeod, so the Janitor's ability doesn't override the Oracle's then? That seems a bit unbalanced when if the Janitor targeted the Oracle the NK was basically wasted and two players alignment and roles were both revealed.
  6. ##Vote No Lynch Don't mind me, I'm just gonna leave this here, despite Category 5's claims that it doesn't matter...
  7. Kinda annoyed that Jeod has me listed as voting for Mojoman, just because the timestamps are two minutes fast...
  8. Look at the timestamp of your current post, then go look at the timestamp of my post, and notice what time it takes place at...
  9. I think balance is really supposed to revolve around the Cop and that role forcing the Mafia to counter claim him when they announce themselves, so it's basically guaranteed the Cop gets at least one Mafia member. The main problem probably being that Cop needs a report that'll also force the Mafia to counter claim him, and there are a couple of situations where the Cop doesn't have a report worth countering by them.
  10. Hmmgh, that only works if Category 5 is the oracle, and the only way that I'm assuming this would be a terrible Scum play is if we lynched the player claiming to be the Oracle. ##Vote FRAYDO Still, the lack of anyone counterclaiming Category 5 does suggest he really is the Oracle, so leaving him alive to interfere with the NK has some benefits, especially when we can count on him for tomorrow's vote.
  11. How much attention have you actually been paying to my post and other players responses? You mean, why did I create a situation where I seemed like a lynch might actually happen D1, but also put myself in position where by simply changing my vote I should also be capable of preventing that same lynch after everyone else had voted? Of course, Irish actually coming out to vote No Lynch widened the gap to the point where I really didn't need to worry about changing my vote anymore. And it really wasn't as helpful as I was hoping it would be considering that at least half of the players here actually voted No Lynch though.. And I already pointed out, but it's a tad bit difficult to figure out who the real cop is, if literally every player in the game is counter claiming them? What's the plan, only way for the real cop to prove there reports is literally for them to die, doesn't that eliminate the entire point of Mafia being forced to counterclaim them and get rid of probably one of the surest ways to find Scum in this entire game? Also, I'm assuming you posted that from your phone because I've been having some problems with the formatting for it as you can see? But, at this point our best bet is to lynch the Oracle so we can get a report on at least one player, although hopefully you didn't actually target the Doc or something like that. And I really don't buy any scenario in which you could be anything other than the Oracle. Also, I'm a bit surprised at how many people are against lynching the Oracle in this situation... ##Vote Category 5 Hurricane
  12. That's probably one of the bigger indications, although I'd also say it's a probably a better bet that one of the players who voted No Lynch is Scum. Although, personally I'm not as inclined to jump on a train just yet seeing as both Category 5 and Irish seem to be employing the same strategy of suggesting strategies that are going to hinder the cop in this game, it's one thing if only one player does it but when two players are doing it, it suggest it might not just be a coincidence...
  13. Yeah, of course that can't exactly happen if everyone's claiming to be the cop now can it....
  14. Right, so am I the only one who's really noticing some of the obvious flaws in these plans people are putting forward to try and help the cop?
  15. That's mostly an argument to get a vote from everyone instead of actually lynching someone though.
  16. ##No Lynch Probably redundant, but anyways as expected of me.
  17. And to clarify, the third post is his response to FRAYDO's post.
  18. Basically, I think these three posts some up my point, about me questioning his vote and later his reasoning for changing it.
  19. I'd assume if you were scum hunting you would have been paying more attention to players besides just FRAYDO? Biggest reasoning might be because of how willing he was to vote Irish up, and then how willing he was to later change his vote based on what everyone else was saying/voting instead of primarily focusing on why he found Irish suspicious int he first place and the reasoning for why he changed his vote.
  20. Yep, and if there was an argument for why we should do a lynch today, this is the sort of reasoning I'd support. Biggest benefit of lynching today is the fact that we'll know for certain what that players alignment was and Mafia won't be capable of misleading us in regards to that role now. ##Vote Mojoman
  21. Except for the Oracle has now had a chance to use their ability so they're removed from the list of players it hurts Town to lynch, plus we should have had a NK happened or it didn't which can clear another player. Honestly, the biggest reasoning I could see for pushing for a lynch today is because of the Janitor role, but even that's realistically not going to work.
  22. The fact that a day one lynch is basically relying on nothing more than RNG, so based on the role setup the odds heavily favor RNG hurting Town more than it does Scum. Town is hurt if the Oracle, Doctor, Cop, and also the Miller/Vanilla Mafia role is lynched to a lesser extent than the other three. Mafia is only really hurt if the Lawyer or Janitor is lynched. Which is mainly because you can't reliably tell the Vanilla Mafia role apart from the Miller unless he's the NK.
  23. Sigh, I'm actually half way tempted to vote up FRAYDO just to see what happens, but realistically does anyone honestly think I'm not just going to do anything other than vote no-lynch in the end anyways.
