Only characters that could have followed the dark side couldn't have used a hologram, and could have only spent a max of 10 FP at night it seems using a tier 1 force action.
-
Probably about the same time I said FBI didn't indicate the progress Sith had made in game...
-
Are you certain, one of us hasn't actually voted the other as a Sith yet, and I personally think Jeod is innocent given how similiar his behavior is to the last game I played with him.
-
It does seem unlikely that you'd get a chance to use all three force abilities if we did even vote you champion in that case Irish. Only way it'd probably last long enough was if your opponent actually rigged the duel for you. ##Vote Champion Retaliation I'll probably change my champion vote later, but for now I'm not sending Irish into a fight for no reason.
-
Hugh, must have updated the PM, it does say only one per turn now.
-
It says you can only use them once per combat, nothing about once per attack phase doesn't it?
-
You don't need to tell us about abilities, we need to see you actually use them though.
-
Sounds like a good tactic for a Sith to follow...
-
Considering that you can also prove your ability by using it to heal another character later, that does make me far less inclined to throw you in a duel now.
-
If anything Irish has 3 combat force powers that he can use, if we give him the first turn, he should basically be guaranteed a victory. Plus if he wins, it can prove his innocent as opossed to him having to die in a duel.
-
On an annoying note, we do have to vote someone as both Champion and Sith, so I'd like to vote Irish as Champion to prove that he learned multiple new force abilities last night by actually giving him a chance to use them in combat, and that should explain why he spent 40 FP. But as for Sith, I'd like someone better to vote up that Nodlied. So any thoughts on who should we try to get killed now?
-
Sounds unlikely that you wanted to save 10 FP on the first night, especially when you regenerate all of your spent FP whenever you rest...
-
Mafia Edit: You're really not
-
You're really no planning on taking the tier 3 skill?
-
Why not get both T1 skills instead though?
-
The problem is we also suspect it cost 0 FP to learn dark side abilities, so it would also makes sense if you decided to learn a dark side ability as your second choice.
-
I think he was just trying to see if i'd admit to having a made up ability in this case. Although, that does sound like it could be someones racial ability.
-
Why did you respond though?
-
Nope, no idea what that is... other than probably a rather obvious attempt on your part to see if I'd admit to having an ability that a town player doens't actually have...
-
So, does anyone else find it suspicious that @Nodlied despite having the ability to learn two force abilities at night only decided to learn one instead, and only spent 10 FP last night?
-
You'd be too, if the same person voted you as scum both games when you were actually town...
-
So am I, it's pretty similiar to what he did in the Cuban Missile Crisis, even down to the part where he's accusing me of being scum. Still, if I'm going to get voted up by Cat5 because of my theory, I'd at least want the same logic applied to Jeod also.
-
You know, if we killed Jeod instead, we could figure out if he's a Sith or not and see if his theory is correct or wrong?
-
I believe he's incorrect in stating that the FBI indicates the ratio of Light Side Abilities to Dark Side Abilities known. Since that honestly doens't make any sense, I think I might be wrong and his actual theory is Dark Side Abilities and Light Side abilities change the FBI based on how many of each ability is used in a night. In which case, unless someone used a learn dark side ability every night, it's feasible we could push the dark side all the way down to zero, or back by just learning more light side abilities.
-
Assuming I'd go out of my way to reveal that information to the rest of the town, instead of letting them believe in an incorrect theory like Jeods?
