  1. I knew I should have used the Dig In action N0...
  2. Right, so as far as balance is concerned. It looks like Nod basically has a counter for every GDI power unit in game. So GDI's main advantage will probably actually be their superior number of day kills. So I'm going to suggest holding unto those till later on in the game, and then killing off suspicious players underneath a volley of coordinated fire.
  3. Well, if you think about it, there are only three other Town roles that can move in game, if two of them die, then you're suddenly looking at a minimum 50% chance you caught Scum doing something. I still have no idea why'd you lynch someone claiming a tracker report, on a player that could actually move though...
  4. You're assuming it's not more of an issue of scheduling though and being online at the same time as everyone else?
  5. I'll make no promises about how active I'll be in the later parts of the game.
  6. Unless you have a specific vision for a Mafia game, what roles you want to have in it and what game play mechanics it'll use, CYOR is a better way of setting it up. Can't really argue with giving a player the freedom to choose what they'll be doing in a game with their own role after all.
  7. I believe it's between the following three people mainly? Although, it wouldn't completely surprise me if Mojoman might have been working on an RPG based game? @iLikeToSnipe @Killing_You @Retaliation
  8. The main problem with your role was having to gather multiple dragon balls in order to summon you and your lack of ways to influence the game with your actions, other than the standard ones. A better design would be to require only one dragon ball to make a wish, and then have you pick yourself what wish you choose to grant that night from the actions submitted to you.
  9. Here's an actual online game that illustrates a mafia-like game without actually eliminating players and is basically what I was trying to describe above.
  10. At it's base for the type of games I believe you're referencing, you really just have players voting some number of players to complete an objective every day. You have the game set up to last for 5 objectives, and the first team to three completed objectives win. You have a smaller hidden team that if they're voted up then they can sabotage the objective for that day if they're on the team as a win for there team instead.
  11. Those are different styles of games. But is there a reason you can't just host a mafia-like game instead?
  12. Consider it to be a difference between competitive and cooperative games. If players aren't eliminated, it removes the competitive focus.
  13. It was more of a Mafia vs. Cult game than Mafia vs. Town.
  14. So, you're stating you were immune to all of the Town night actions already?
  15. And then the ratio of Town to other factions was the following. 58% to 42%, each player weighed in at around 8% of a vote. By the first NK alone, Town only had 50% of the votes in game.
  16. There was literally a cult in game...
  17. Town really never stood a chance of controlling the day vote with this setup.
  18. Statistically, I don't think Town should have won this game. It was mainly a battle between the Scum players to see which of them could beat the other Scum in game, while Town mainly sat around and watched and acted as targets for them to use their abilities on and get lynched instead.
  19. I feel like an axe was your primary role idea for some reason...
  20. Also, I probably triggered dead players passives for visiting them with my raise action.
  21. Also, I like how Jeod says he'll let you use any crazy idea you have, and basically everyone shows up with a bunch of passive characters.
  22. The BP was only immediately after he killed someone using his day kill though.
