    It would help if several players would explain what the ability they used last night should do wouldn't it. Instead we're trying to piece them together with second hand accounts.

    GM preference, it might even change between games because of how everything will interact. For example, in some setups a doctor could be allowed to self target because they're the only protective role in game, while it might break another game if there was a bodyguard in it.

    Or at least the have to be protected from the NK after you target them.

    Flavor wise, you might be a role blocker who puts there target in a jail, but ability wise your target has to be immune to being targeted for you to be a jailer role.

    Are you a jailer or are you a roleblocker? Those are not the same thing, do you also protect your target or do you just prevent them from performing any actions?

    I'm assuming Category 5 will be forced to reveal his ability and it'll probably match up with my expectations exactly for it based on the settings. That's why I'm comfortable with ignoring it.

    Well, I already have my assumptions about your role and ability. But I suppose the real question is does your ability contradict Louis's role block ability, or you didn't know it would effect Irish like it did?

    Considering how vague the term jailed is, I do need to ask for specifics. My assumption is roleblocked/protected.
