  1. Oh I almost forgot you asked me this. I'm a fan of the Dutch! Oh that Oranje? I'm not too suspicious right now. I don't think he would have told us about the conversion thing if he was a rebel, assuming it really exists. And I feel like he's try-harding to the point that I don't think he would do that if he was a rebel.
  2. My desire to see a queen on the throne was strong! But I would have voted for a different queen if there was one running.
  3. The way everyone was talking about people rebelling, I'm too much of a chicken for that.
  4. Oh btw. The reason I was asking about Cersei (even tho I don't really like her) is because I wanted to elect a queen. No one volunteered though so I went with the next best thing... a pirate!
  5. Tho considering he wants me dead, maybe I should reconsider my stance....
  6. FWIW, I've had Retaliation in my list of people I think are loyal for a while. Like when he made the comment about finding out you can't use less than 100 troops because of the provisions. I guess he could have come up with that on his own without knowing the loyal actions but it sounded like something a rebel wouldn't have thought of to me. But I've been bamboozled before.
  7. I don't have any special faction abilities either. But I guess if Orange's ability is really resistance to conversion, it would make sense that Verti could give it different effects for different factions.
  8. I'm not going to go through and reply to all the stuff about me because I stayed outside in the sun too long and feel sick. But I'm just going to say that my whole original suspicion on Irish was because I thought he didn't have the loyal house action. So like... everyone who's a loyal house can just look at their PM and see the same thing I see in mine about how it's only for defense.
  9. I'm not. That ability is only for defense. The invasion works different like I said. I bet the rebels know all of each others houses tho. And they know rubeci and Jeod. So that only leaves 5 players for them to sort through if there's 3 of them now to help them with their baseless guesses.
  10. She was an orphan that came from pretty much nothing and even sold to a man and eventually came to care for dragons and lead armies. She has a ton of titles but one of them is the Breaker of Chains because she freed the slaves from their masters and they joined her willingly to fight for her because she gave them the choice if they wanted to or not. She promised them they could leave if they wanted to. I'd say that says a lot about her character. Her dragons like her too! Yeah she wanted to be queen. That's why they call it the game of thrones. Most of them want it. It's not her fault that the writers of the GoT HBO series went a little crazy in the last 2 seasons. None of the characters are exactly paragons of virtue anyways. The player who's playing as her or her house could be important for fighting the white walkers too, since one of their main weaknesses is fire. In the series, some of the Houses even allied with her because they thought she would crucial to fight back against the undead. So she could be dangerous but also important and helpful.
  11. Irish, my action n1 was also to send Orange an alliance proposal, which he already confirmed that he received and accepted. I think you misunderstood what I meant when I said that elimination is automatic. I meant that it says when the king tries to eliminate someone, the loyal houses don't get to choose how many troops support that. It happens automatically in some kind of an equal distribution among the houses. But the elimination itself isn't automatic. The invasion can fail if the rebels are too strong. I complimented your plan because I thought it was kinda smart. It makes sense that the king might be able to find out about the rebels that way, and I still think that it could work. But you omitted the part about how I was opposed to actually attacking rubeci because of Verti's warning about it probably being hard. Also what's with the baseless speculation about my character and house? Just because we talked about how we liked her a few months ago in PMs? Guess I was right about rebel hunting not earning me any friends. ##vote Irish
  12. Well at least we know what the green pie slice is and that he apparently can't join a rebel or loyal house. So that's one person to cross off the list of rebels...
  13. I hear ya. I wanna survive too. Maybe all my rebel hunting won't win me any friends with some people. Oh well!
  14. My biggest suspects right now are Voe, Irish, and Shade. Voe because I think he would have liked the idea of going to war and because I think the rebels might have wanted someone like that on their team if they converted someone last night. If they didn't convert someone and used sellswords instead, I think he would fit the bill for that too. Irish because he said he would contribute 2,500 troops to help eliminate a player and asked if anyone would contribute more. But loyalists only choose to contribute troops to help the royal army defend a location. The elimination thing is automatic and it says it in the rules. He might have just read it wrong and made an honest mistake or maybe he was trying to catch a rebel in a slip.... but maybe he was the one who made the slip too. Plus I just kinda think he likes being mafia. Shade because he's been openly blasé about the rebels almost like he was trying to signal to them that he wants to be converted. And maybe he did get converted last night because of it. And I don't understand why he doesn't care about raking in his old god points. PrettyReckless could be rebel too just because I have no reason not to think so. But it would be a total shot in the dark.
  15. There were a couple things I noticed like when he said something about being annoyed that Verti changed the wording of his ability without telling him and how it affected his analysis that sounded genuine (tho I guess even if he was rebel, he would have the same ability...). I don't really get where he's coming from on Retaliation, but I guess we all have different reads. And I feel like he's been kind of intense and I don't think he'd be acting like that if he was rebel because it's not really like him. He's not one of my top suspects right now.
  16. It might have something to do with Verti saying that royal = town and rebel = mafia on the first page. I would have thought with Jeod picking your religion, you'd be more supportive of him because the longer he stays king, the longer you get to rake in the faith points. But the way you've been talking, you wouldn't bat an eyelash if he got deposed tomorrow. Kinda makes me wonder if you're not really a different religion. Or maybe you're salty because the Great Sept only benefits loyal houses and you aren't one of them?
  17. Yeah I was pretty sure that was what you were implying. Is there anything we can do to defend ourselves against being forced to make BS choices?
  18. I'm having trouble figuring out how that would be possible in the lore unless there's like a witch doing mind control. And that wouldn't make sense because the rebels started out independent and could be anyone, witch or no.
  19. Wish I had more info to narrow down my suspects list. Still feels like taking a shot in the dark.
  20. The best part is for some reason my brain read that in Martin's voice.
