    Actually, according to the OP, only surface naval units will be hit. It doesn't specify whether or not it can hit empty ground.

    Voe, short question. What were your precise coördinates the previous day? You missed on your previous position, but I've been wondering if the Allies have a 1 tile unit, which could be an Allied Apache. (In which case it'd make sense for a Chronosphere to be an NPC role, similar to the Airfield.)

    Just a small thing though, but what are the chances of there being a Chronosphere stuck on an island? Considering that buildings can be lynched this game and Voe got moved, I'd consider it somewhat likely.
