Wow coolrock learns fast.
What does my statement have to do with Coolrock?

And TP can't have both scum dead or else town wins.
I'm pretty sure town needs to eliminate all hostile parties, not just mafia de facto.

I actually have a funny hunch about a few people, but I wouldn't want to out them by going public. I'm keeping it to myself.
I'm sure they are going to feel pretty outed by your hunch

We most certainly are not on the same team if my hunch is correct!

I'm just helping the no lynchs understand what kind of situation we're going to find ourselves in if we can't resolve FRAYDO's alignment.
Yup, and thus my vote remains.

Stalling the game isn't so bad, given scum having a time limit.
There might be a better case for that if we still had 2 missile silos.

If we no lynch, where will be tomorrow? We need to seriously ask ourselves that. We'll probably be right back here. This is stalling the game.
There's night actions, but they typically end up with another town death and useful info is unlikely.

As for FRAYDO, it's 5 for FRAYDO and 3 for nolynch. I could swing this with a vote change, but my better intuition says

I've never sat down and watched a Star Trek movie, or TV episode.

You can't get to the truth without doing the work.
Well that's a black and white way of looking at it. In your mind, there seems like only one kind of work to do?

So really, we're not bound by truth, but our own personal biases.
Does my approach seek the truth too hard?

Point, but I feel as if we have too little evidence to really draw any conclusions until we resolve FRAYDO. At that time, we're able to look at others interactions with him in a new light and perhaps parse if they are scum or town. Until that point, convincing arguments for either way can be made and we're just talking to hear the sound of our own voice (as much as I like that).
That's a fair point, and it's not like we're at MYLO.

I mean, there's an extensive list of other people who are also probably baddies, but that doesn't make the case on FRAYDO any less strong nessiarily.
Just now, OrangeP47 said:There is a 0% chance the game is over if we kill scum!FRAYDO here. But it's a start.
Even so, it's a good exercise when narrowing in the first baddie to seek valid scum partners. It can help with narrowing in the first baddie.

THAT ALL SAID, it also doesn't sit right with me how FRAYDO opened up his defense case today, and threatened then fired a shot.

Choosing the "emotional" side means choosing an alternative theory. Maybe not a specific one, but it does mean that you are rejecting the one that has been laid out.
As much as I don't want to agree with KY, it also doesn't sit right with me how unanimous this train is. I mean, Mojo could be the alternative, or Anon_Kat, or KY, I guess? The fraydo-was-blocked-and-is-scum theory still relies on the idea that he also has a partner. How strong is the theory anyway, when "I don't know" can work as a good alternative? I've been burned as a town player before as the perfectly logical lynch choice due to unfortunate circumstances. I'll be happy if he's lynched as a spy, but I would not be totally okay with it if he was lynched as town and I didn't bring all this up beforehand.

Thing is that an alternative could be presented, but nobody is doing it.
You're way more fixated on this alternative than necessary, in my opinion. Right now logically the best case is on FRAYDO, but my emotions go out to the innocent boy that's crying out for mercy inside, even if that innocent boy isn't real. For now my vote is with the logical side rather than the emotional side.

I hope you guys are right, because this still feels too easy.
Well he basically got "caught" by the roleblock if you will, so it limits even his scum buddy assuming there's just one. And even with that one, it could be a less active player like Anon_Kat, or it could be someone trying to soft save him by saying, "this feels too easy."

I'm actually comfortable with a FRAYDO vote today.

Didn't we all agree yesterday FRAYDO's defense had been kinda bad?
That aspect of it certainly was, but I'm pretty empathetic when it comes to reading what I perceive to be the tone of posts. Guess I can get taken in easily by that.

I really wasn't convinced by FRAYDO's suggestion that mafia skipped their night kill just to implicate him, but he's otherwise playing his defense game pretty well.
Meta-wise, I don't see Coolrock likely being scum on his first game but knowing Coolrock I can totally picture him having a conversation with Jeod beforehand and going, "Scum? Sure let's do it, I volunteer as tribute!"
