  1. I wouldn't put it past KY to invent these roles. He basically even said they would. So I'm not putting stock into the idea that the roles sound fishy or made up by scum. I'm actually interested in a case for iLTS. Mojoman is an easy target for acting "scummy," although with his meta it's hard to get an accurate read on him. iLTS was the last person in this series to fire his gun, and I wouldn't put it past him to gamble for the likelihood to make it clear to everyone in not having his weapon get stuck that he's not the chameleon spy. ##vote iLTS @Killing_You so the vote doesn't get lost.
  2. Said by the guy who is scum more then 50% of the games we play.
  3. To be fair, I did have a town 25% reflection passive to protect me once (that worked like a charm and the 25% RNG not only succeeded, but killed FRAYDO of all people).
  4. It's honestly a ridiculous-sounding action. But I'm not really sure if Mojo's the sort to make it up, either.
  5. Might as well just quote me. We're repeating ourselves.
  6. This reference is lost on me but I otherwise understand what you mean. As town your death may hurt your team more if you have a good role. But how does one disclose that information to town without becoming a nightkill target?
  7. Not necessarily just a town witch hunt. Scum players will latch on to that "failing" and the town players may bandwagon along. Then my reasons for finding that person scummy are questioned and it becomes a big thing that I'd rather avoid.
  8. Was it a scum tell to consider the consequences of actions?
  9. I've been burned by my good intent with bad result too many times to take this seriously.
  10. I don't think it would be a good move for scum to bus at this point, however. As long as there are other targets, a better scum move would be to try to get someone else lynched and keep their own numbers up.
  11. The real unfortunate bit is figuring out whether Mojo is actually scum in order to take action on it. If he is and I end up voting for him/firing a shot, then that's good points for me which will help the team. But if he's not, then that's one town down and suspicious points for me. It's about 50/50 for me because Mojo is known to say and play erratically.
  12. Clarification: I did not fire any shots. It's the voting bandwagon you're talking about now.
  13. I have a harder time imagining that cause, uh, I'm not scum.
  14. If the majority of players were spies, we'd have lost already.
  15. Some of them will probably get stuck, and let's throw the mutant hijacker in that list as well. How is this discussion helpful?
  16. You missed the toxin trooper. And everybody who still has a 25% chance to hit if their weapon doesn't get stuck.
  17. So they killed someone. Therefore according to you they are a riot trooper. Even though there are characters with an even higher success rate, and characters with lower but non-zero success rates.
  18. The fishing rod and bait, not the actual fish yet.
  19. My point here is that no matter what the result is, you can't say for sure, or at all, who the character is because you don't know the percentages. You only know the result. And, it being a one-time action, yeah you have none others to compare it to. Not even if everyone else in the game fired their single shots, because it's all rolls of the dice.
  20. Look at the day actions on the first page, man. You'll see those are the three results.
  21. Oh, does KY announce the percentages when the action is taken?
