It's kind of a trifecta here. If the masonry is a lie, then Orange and KY are scum together but I verified KY as neutral on N1, which would cast shade on me too. -

I say, if we kill Category 5 now and block our suspected last scum during the night, we should stop any night kills in theory, correct? The common person we all agree is scum is Category 5, so why are you protecting him now? -

This doesn't make sense at all for a town player, oh no it doesn't. You and Cat5 have both been casting shade at each other, but never enough to cause any actual damage to the other. Now that there is a chance that you could hit each other, you're suddenly siding with a common goal. At the same time, you've done the math which could show a scum win very soon if we delay on things we are certain to be true. -

If KY returns as scum, it would seem lynching him is a bad idea as this would pad scum numbers. Our first priority right now should be removing any scum if at all possible, as we haven't done that yet and the more town that die makes me nervous. Orange and Cat5 both wanting to turn KY into scum right now, "totally independent" of each other's decision? Yeah I'm not buying it. -

This could describe your own strategy in implicating Cat5. To me it seems like you know the game isn't going to end when we lynch Cat5, so you need a suspect tomorrow that isn't you. -

I'm imagining this awkward scenario where KY dies and then suddenly is teamed up with players he's been fighting and arguing against all day. Trying to backpedal and argue against his previous arguments. It might be fun to see, actually. Orrr it'll be like everyone just sitting around the table in silence for 48 hours. -

Being as this was Cat5's last post here, these are some pretty weak points, if I'm to be honest. "We must be missing something." This would only be the case if Cat5 is town, which is nearly impossible for me to see right now seeing alibis. Reviewing vote trains, how would that accomplish more right now than seeing solid alibis, especially when we wouldn't know who scum is, so it's hard to know who's saving whom? Seems like an attempted distraction. Why would Cat5 suspect that he won't survive the night? First off, if he's a hider, he's got a really good chance of surviving. And secondly, he's a prime scum suspect, so if he's town, why the hell would scum target him when someone like Sunflower is still around? And now we have further evidence that Nodlied is town, which in two ways renders that last paragraph of a case against him and KY to be pretty dim. In addition to this Nodlied evidence, my direct N1 alignment result on KY was neutral. -

First off I suspected him as a scum roleblocked, and then there was the gimmick as well. Secondly, in the event Nodlied was town, I'm assuming Cat5 has some sort of night protection, so clearing others is the next best thing to legit copping scum. No, I think it's a bug caused by quoting certain combinations of other quotes. Only happens on pages where that specific quote type exists. His absence is saying a lot, actually. -

I suppose it's time to finally lay my own cards on the table. I'm the cop. KY came up neutral on N1 and Nodlied came up town on N3. The only way KY could not be neutral was if I was insane, or he had something that would screw with a cop report. I don't think I'm insane, because Nodlied came up as town and did a townie thing with the pumpkin. Something else I've considered is whether the Mason from Orange has turned KY from neutral to Mafia after my cop report. This does not explain the attempt on FRAYDO N1 however. It would seem Cat5 is the only person who could have done that, as Orange and KY were both busy. -
