Lamar
Hello, I can't update the W3D Hub Launcher to new version 0.9.1.2 When I start update I get I can still launch it without the update and see server list, but when I try join a server it just crashes. Any ideas what I can do?
Einstein
Hello @Lamar ! This is a known issue, and is actually part of the reason for the latest update. The fix is to uninstall the launcher and re-download and install it. If that doesn't work, please let us know! Thanks!
Veyrdite
I had success reinstalling without having to uninstall first. The installer even remembers the correct (custom) installation path I chose.
GraYaSDF
I had the same problem yesterday. Just remove manually any files related to launcher (not games), download it from W3D Hub website again, and install. I do this every time when something does not work properly in any game or launcher after updates.
danpaul88
The problem seems to affect Windows 7 only from what I've seen - which is why it wasn't caught early as all my test environments are Windows 10. Given that Microsoft's mainstream support for Windows 7 ended years ago I didn't expect so many people to still be running it
