The thing is, the game state is very simple, but unfortunately we have incomplete data (except whoever is scum). There aren't many facts, so there's not much to debate, and whoever needs to decide is just going to be missing part of the puzzle, that's all there is to it. All that can be said has been said.

If it's Cat 5 I still contend there's nothing we can do about it anyway. Anyway, I'm not the one you need to convince now.

My reasoning can be discerned from the sum total of the day's arguments, I don't really feel like hashing it out again, but in short, you're the least verifiable, and Cat 5 can just scramble, so mechanically it's probably you. Your claims, while true, could have been concocted by a knowledgeable scum, and you have motive if you knew you had to kill the mastermind for bussing.

So in other words, yes FRAYDO, I once again have TWO passives. Point I actually came here to make: If I kept your scramble, I couldn't use it, as I can't use day items.

The main one is Steal, and then I have Tied Hands that prevents me from using items during the day, and also Distribute which is what hands out items to people that visit me.

Maybe scramble can self-attack, that's the only thing I can see working out if it's Cat 5.

Because scramble makes him lynchproof, which means he'd get another kill. Plus he could kill another one of us anyway for even bonus winning on his part.

Scum could know there's a mastermind, and with mojo already caught, another enterprising scum who knows *they* are not the mastermind could take the chance to throw someone who *might* be the mastermind under the bus. The fact that he wasn't the mastermind is irrelevent.

You can actually have the action, but not use it all the time.
