    I just feel like maybe we've been spitting into the wind maybe. A popup would help, and tbh I'd thought of that but I don't know if it's possible. Just a quick "Hey this map is updated!" would be something.

    At least in DR version, this almost never leads to war. There's also another early chance where both sides can do wargames, and it spills over when someone artillery fires practice shots on the wrong side of the border.

    Maybe the evidence base really is that important.

    I think some things might have unlocked as we got lower stability, but we've actually been doing a good job of keeping stability high, somehow, despite doing all these things that should lower it.

    A few musings that I don't think I've shared. 1) Going back on a reform in category might lower stability, IE if we reform military SQ, then pluralism. If we stuck to Military SQ and like economic pluralism that might work. 2) If we get to civil war, since we don't know how that works, reforms might be setting up how strong each side is.
